A facet of an organization’s ability to prosper is leadership. We have developed an approach that assesses your organization’s leadership by using certain processes to gather feedback about your leaders. These tools include employee self-assessments, employee surveys, and 360-degree assessments. Should these assessment processes identify people who have the knowledge, skills, and show the ability to take on a larger role, we provide leadership coaching as a next step.
